Scott Conway

FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Scott founded First Cascade in 1990. Since then, he has completed hundreds of projects for public and private owners all over Oregon and Washington with great achievement.
Madison Pihl

PROJECT MANAGER AND ESTIMATER
Madison joined the company full-time after graduating from the University of Portland in 2017. He helps owners from inception through closeout to ensure they are ecstatic with their end product.
Nick Conway

PROJECT MANAGER AND ESTIMATER
Nick joined the company full-time in 2021 after graduating with his Business Administration degree from Portland State University.
